I will not state their name but the opposite was true. Every time. They were quick, helpful, easy going and extra friendly on top of that.
Ok, it’s Alphabet Belgium.
Now this could be a blogpost about great client services, client satisfaction studies etc.
Well it’s not.Last week I needed a replacement car and again, all went super quick. I decided to tell the woman on the phone how grateful I was, how good of a job they were doing and thanked her for her kindness on the phone.
When I got the car, it was brand new! And Opel as well, our newest client.
Bringing us straight to our own sector. With marketing budgets getting stricter and deadlines even more so. We are forced to be stressed out and putting pressure on everyone around us.
On this first day of Christmassy season, can we please all remember that everyone is doing the best they can. That we are not saving lives but do want to create the best work within our media and communication scene. And can we just say ‘thank you’ to people for that, just from time to time.
With this attitude, you never know, you might end up with a new car or a new car-client.
This being said; thank you to all my colleagues, our Maxus partners and our clients. The friendly ones at least.
